All-in-one AI, web & marketing agency. We design, build, and run everything in-house โ never resold, never offshored โ and there's always a real human, never a ticket number.
Why clients pick us over their current marketing: the whole stack in one place ยท they own their data ยท fast & reliable ยท built in-house ยท and we out-deliver whoever they're using now.
Ask early: "How many people/locations?" + "Anyone handling your marketing now?" Then tee up the closer with the segment. We serve ALL sizes โ always done-for-you, no DIY (bigger companies value that more).
๐ง SMB (solo/few staff): "You're great at [trade], not marketing โ we do it ALL for you; you just take the calls."
๐ข Mid-market (10โ50, has some marketing): "Is AI recommending you over competitors? We add the AI-search + reputation layer your team/agency can't โ with provable ROI."
๐๏ธ Big dog (large/multi-location): "We're your done-for-you AI partner across every location โ visibility, reputation + a tamper-evident audit trail, with proof." (Bigger fish โ flag it for a senior closer; expect a pilot.)
๐ค Agency (they help other businesses): don't pitch a service โ "white-label our AI engine, deliver it to YOUR clients under YOUR brand."
Modern websites & client portals ยท local SEO + AI-search visibility (GEO) ยท AI automation & custom AI agents ยท lead generation ยท marketing & AI paid ads (our Brand Scaling Engine) ยท invoicing, legal docs & a full Business Command Center ยท custom software.
Brand Scaling Engine = done-for-you paid ads run by AI. The client funds their own ad budget; we manage + optimize it and never promise a specific return. Tiers by their budget: Launch ($2โ5k/mo spend), Scale ($5โ15k), Apex ($15k+). You just flag that they want more customers โ the closer prices it.
AI Visibility = our flagship, all flat monthly, NO setup fees. Self-serve is software, not people: Scoreboard $49/mo (a weekly reading across six AI engines + a scoreboard vs their named rivals + a weekly machine-readability audit of their site), Autofix $149/mo โญ (+ a weekly machine-readability auditOffense $349/mo (+ the largest question panel and most frequent re-reading we run, every location its own scoreboard). Nobody writes content, cleans listings or touches their site on these โ that is Anchor. Custom from $5,000/mo = conquer the whole category. The free AI Visibility Scorecard is your door-opener (one free scan per company).
The line that wins: "They answer your calls. We make AI send you the calls โ then answer them." We sell the whole stack โ never a receptionist head-to-head.
You don't quote the final price (the closer does) โ but know the shape:
What we sell โ the whole list (Daley, 29 Sep 2026):
โข ๐ฆ Managed AI visibility โ the only two tiers. Anchor from $2,400/mo plus a one-time $2,400 Foundation Build (3-month minimum, day-30 review) ยท Apex from $5,000/mo, by application. Both are FLOORS, not ceilings โ scope prices upward with no cap. Never quote a range with a top end.
โข ๐ฉ Self-serve SaaS (flat monthly, no setup, month-to-month): Scoreboard $49/mo ยท Autofix โญ $149/mo ยท Offense $349/mo
โข ๐จ Add-ons โ each sold as its OWN line beside a plan, never folded into it, each its own commission: website from $197/mo ยท AI receptionist ยท automation & CRM ยท reputation & reviews ยท Google Business Profile ยท database reactivation. Prices live in the Connect Handbook โ one source of truth.
There is no Custom tier, no Category Domination and no Enterprise Build any more. A bigger job is Anchor or Apex priced higher, with add-ons attached โ not a different product.
The rule: the Product packages are fixed โ priced exactly as shown, no discounts. Only Custom is negotiable (the closer scopes & prices it). Never promise or hint at a discount on a call โ you book, the closer prices it.
Floors: products at their fixed price ยท Custom never below $5,000/mo. Add-ons: GEO-ready website from $197/mo ยท AI bots from $5/mo. Each is its own line alongside the plan, never folded into it. Full add-on prices live in the Connect Handbook. ASN manages the site + domain.
When people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity "best [trade] near me," those tools recommend businesses. GEO = getting your client recommended + cited inside those AI answers. It's the new SEO, and almost nobody's doing it โ a wedge you can lead with.
Because it's the wedge that books the call. Nobody acts on "you could improve your marketing." Everybody acts on "the shop down the street is taking customers that should be yours." When the tool shows you a prospect's competitors, that's your ammo โ proof, by name, that they're losing ground they didn't know they were losing.
How to use it โ reveal, don't attack:
โข Name the rival. "When someone asks ChatGPT or Google for the best [trade] in [city], it's pointing them to [Competitor] โ not you." Specific beats vague every time.
โข Let it land. "Did you know that?" You're not selling โ you're showing them a gap they didn't know they had.
โข Offer the free proof. "I can send you a free report showing exactly where you rank vs your top 3 competitors in AI + Google โ want it?" That's your booked call.
Stay classy: we never trash the prospect or the competitor. We hold up the mirror and offer to fix it โ that's what makes ASN the calm, credible pro on the call.
You book qualified discovery calls for the closers. You don't close โ you start the relationship and fill the calendar.
Pay: a flat bounty per closed-and-collected deal during your short evaluation, then commission that climbs as you produce (up to 30%). Better bookings = more money + faster up the ladder.
1. Permission opener โ "I'll be honest, it's a cold call. Give me 27 seconds and you decide if we keep going?"
2. The hook โ "When someone Googles '[trade] near me,' the top 3 get almost all the calls โ and right now that's not you. That's what we fix."
3. Qualify โ decision-maker? want more customers? what's their site/marketing now?
4. Book โ offer a free visibility report + a 15-min call with our team; lock a time on Cal.com.
"Not interested" โ "Fair โ most aren't until they see they're invisible online. 20 seconds: can I send a free report on where you're losing calls?"
"We already have a website/guy" โ "Love it โ most of our clients did too. Question is whether it's getting found in AI + Google. Want me to check, free?"
"Too expensive" โ "That's exactly why I'm not selling today โ just booking a quick look. Worst case, a free game plan."
"Send me info" โ "Happy to โ best 'info' is a 15-min call where we show your gaps live. Morning or afternoon?"
Every business type โ established/legacy local businesses, home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical), funeral homes, dental / med spas / chiropractors, law & accounting firms, restaurants & food brands, clothing & apparel brands, auto, real estate โ up to corporations. Same framework, different hook per vertical.
Do I close? No โ you book; the closer prices & closes.
What if they say yes? Hit the โ
button and log it โ it goes straight to the closing team.
What do we guarantee? Effort, quality, and that we keep working โ never specific rankings/revenue (the ASN Triple Promise).
When do I get paid? Bi-weekly, on collected revenue, once your booked deal closes and the client pays.
Grab their contact info so we can email the closing-call invite. Book it live on the phone if you can.
When did they say to try again? Pick a time โ it pops back into your queue exactly then, so no call-back ever slips through.
Ask this first: “Roughly how many minutes of calls do you take in a month?” If they don’t know: “About how many calls a day, and how long is a typical one?” — calls × minutes × 22 working days is close enough to quote.
$297 a month. 400 minutes included, then 65¢ a minute. $750 one-time build. Month to month, 30 days’ notice. That is the number you quote — it is the live checkout price, so it is what they will actually be charged. That is one number you can quote on any call — multiply their minutes by 59 cents.
| Their volume | They pay us | Ruby would charge | They save |
|---|---|---|---|
| 150 min | $89 (minimum) | ~$540 | 84% |
| 400 min | $236 | ~$1,440 | 84% |
| 900 min | $531 | ~$3,240 | 84% |
| 1,800 min | $1,062 | ~$6,480 | 84% |
| 3,500 min | $2,065 | ~$12,600 | 84% |
Why per minute. They only pay for calls we actually answer, and there is no plan to outgrow or overage to argue about. It is the easiest thing in this market to say yes to.
The comparison that closes it. Never compare us to a $99 AI app —
compare us to what they are paying now:
“Ruby charges three dollars sixty a minute, and four-forty when you go over plan. We are
fifty-nine cents, and you only pay for calls we actually answer. A part-time receptionist is thirty
grand a year before benefits.”
Floor: $297/month. Never go under — at 400 minutes of real use that is a 77.7% margin against our measured $0.16/min cost, and below it we break the 75% rule. If they push, add scope (more lines, more routing, integrations), don’t cut the price. If they push, add scope (more lines, more routing, integrations), don’t cut the rate.
